Visitor approval by the resident, daily-help register, vehicle log, SOS, and a gate that keeps working when the network drops.

Maintenance bills, receipts, collections, expenses and journals, with a second officer to approve and a monthly check of the bank.

Notices, helpdesk, polls, amenity booking, documents, move requests and a directory where residents choose what to show.

An audit log nobody can edit, a log of who viewed each record, privacy requests, a breach log and a full society export.
Society Plus
For committees that want the full set of books and office tools: balance sheet and trial balance, the audit pack, vendors and purchase approvals, meetings and minutes, assets and maintenance schedules, guard patrol and staff payroll.
Priced per flat and billed by invoice, paid by UPI or bank transfer. Ask us for the current rate. If a society stops paying, Plus closes and the free core carries on with all its data.

Set up the society
Add towers and flats, or import them from a spreadsheet, then enter each flat's opening dues and sign them off.
Invite people
Send invitations to residents and the committee, and give each person the role they need.
Start the gate
Pair the gate phone and add guards with their own PINs. Residents approve visitors from their phones.
