Visitor Privacy Notice

What We Record

• Your name and who you are visiting.
• The kind of visit: guest, delivery, cab, service or other, and the company for a delivery or cab.
• Your mobile number, if you give it. Only the last four digits are kept.
• Your vehicle number, if you come in a vehicle.
• A photo, if this society takes one at the gate.
• The time you came in and went out.

Why

So the resident you are visiting can let you in, and so the society can keep its residents safe. It is not used for anything else, and never for advertising.

How Long

For the period this society has set: 90 days unless it has chosen otherwise, and at least 30 days. After that your name, phone digits, vehicle number and photo are erased. Only the fact that a visit happened is kept, for counts.

Who Sees It

The guard on duty, the resident you are visiting, and the society's committee and managers when they review gate security. aptzo stores it for the society and does not sell or share it.
